Aggregate PhaZZer Policies: Terms of Purchase, Sale and Warranty

PhaZZer One Year Manufacturer Warranty and Guarantee Policy

The limited warranty set forth herein is provided by PhaZZer with respect to PhaZZer Brand Products purchased from this website and only to products where such warranties apply. The PhaZZer Brand Products purchased from this website that are supplied with warranty are the only products that this limited warranty applies to. PhaZZer Warranties and Guarantees are honoured if our technicians cannot resolve your problem after consulting with you or receiving your product for inspection. All product claims must firstly be sent in writing via email to PhaZZer at support@phazzer.info.

In the case of a valid replacement under warranty it is the policy of PhaZZer to arrange a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number only upon receiving the following information from customers:

  • Customer name
  • Customer Address
  • Product Name
  • Serial Number
  • Nature of Defect
  • A copy of the original Receipt/Invoice showing date and location of purchase.

All the above information is required to confirm validity of the warranty. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. A replacement unit will be shipped out after defect inspection and confirmation that the defect qualifies for RMA.

Please note: NO CASH REFUNDS FOR ORIGINAL PURCHASES ARE AVAILABLE FROM PHAZZER.

Limited Warranty

a)  Any PhaZZer Brand Product, when delivered new to a customer in its original packaging, is warranted against material defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Defective units returned to PhaZZer and proven to be defective upon inspection will be FULLY REPLACED with a new unit or exchanged for a refurbished unit as determined by PhaZZer. If a product is discontinued, the returned unit will be replaced with a unit that has similar or more advanced features, depending on progress or change in models as PhaZZer Technology progresses. This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of any PhaZZer Brand Product and DOES NOT apply in the following circumstances:

b) Loss or damage suffered due to abuse, mishandling or improper packaging by you; alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating instructions and/or maintenance or environmental instructions, as prescribed in the user manual;

c) Damage as a result of services performed on the unit by an unauthorized PhaZZer Dealer.

d) Water damage, sand/dust/corrosion damage, damage due to impact, scratches, abrasions or damage to the housing, or other accidental damages to any product accessories that have been determined to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the product as set forth in the operating instructions.

Reseller Accountability, Returns and Warranty Policy

 

Resellers/Dealers must comply with the instructions set forth hereunder. All Resellers/Dealers must provide PhaZZer with the following information within 48 hours of the sale of PhaZZer Enforcer or Dragon unit(s). The following information is to be provided to support@phazzer.info:

1. Purchasing Agency
2. POC. Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email
3. Date of Sale
4. Product, Quantity, and Serial number(s)

PhaZZer keeps a record of all information provided with respect to defects reported by customers for reference. The creation of these incident records will initiate the factory one-year warranty in favour of the end user, effective from the date of sale. This will ensure the PhaZZer Enforcer and Dragon units are traceable and that their status is accountable to the end user should the units become lost, stolen, recovered, or used by any another party in a crime.

Email us at support@phazzer.info with your product problem. If we are not able to resolve this in a reasonable timeframe, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) as set forth in the PhaZZer RMA Guidelines Policy. RMA guidelines include sending an email to PhaZZer at support@phazzer.info with the following information:

1. Purchaser/Agency Name
2. Return Address
3. Telephone Number
4. Email
5. Nature of Defect
6. Serial Number of the Unit
7. Copy of the original Receipt/Invoice showing date and location of purchase

An RMA will be issued upon confirmation of warranty validity. Customers must ship defective units to the address within the RMA instructions at their own expense. Upon receipt of the defective unit PhaZZer will ship the replacement subject to defect validity confirmation and inventory availability.

Failure to comply with this Dealer/Reseller Warranty Policy may result in Dealer/Reseller Account cancellation or reclassification.

BE ADVISED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS POLICY THE WARRANTY START DATE BEGINS AT THE DATE OF SALE TO THE DEALER FROM PHAZZER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Optional 2-year or 4-Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty

Optional extended warranties for PhaZZer Enforcer CEWs can be purchased at the point of sale from dealers or on this website at any time prior to expiration of the standard 1 Year warranty. The extended warranty runs from the date of confirmation of the extended warranty through the balance of the 1 Year Limited Warranty, and then on to the balance of the term of the extended warranty after the expiration of the 1 Year Limited Warranty.

PhaZZer Enforcer Replacement Guarantee

PhaZZer will replace a PhaZZer Conductive Energy Weapon (CEW) free of charge with the same or like product within one year of purchase following any loss through incident or altercation suffered by the customer provided the customer submits the following information to PhaZZer.

1. Copy of the official police report documenting the incident, details of the use of the product in self-defence and confirmation of the loss of the product.

2. Proof of purchase of the product (receipt, purchase order or invoice)

3. Check or a wire transfer authorization for the shipping and handling fees

4. Customer’s name, phone number, and physical address (no P.O. Boxes allowed) to where the replaced item should be sent

The above information must be provided in writing via email to support@phazzer.info

Purchasers are responsible for any shipping or handling costs for the unit replacements. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or extends to 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage in favour of the owner.

PhaZZer Enforcer Battery Warranty Policy

PhaZZer Enforcer batteries are covered for a 1 Year period from the date of manufacture, not of sale, which is determined by the serial number on the Enforcer in question.

PhaZZer Ammunition Cartridge Warranty Policy

PhaZZer Ammunition Cartridges are individually sealed and have a shelf life of 5 years from date of manufacture. You can find this printed on the Ammunition Cartridge itself. The warranty of the Ammunition Cartridge is covered for a 1 Year period from the date of purchase, not of manufacture.

Return Policy

Shipping & Returns:

PhaZZer is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfil your needs for any reason, you may return your item for a store credit or exchange of equal value within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us at support@phazzer.info to receive instructions for exchanging your purchase.

All products come with a full 1 Year warranty and will be replaced, repaired or exchanged for a product of similar value at PhaZZer management’s discretion. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE on purchases from PhaZZer. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping to and from PhaZZer is at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping method (ground or air) and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per order based on our freight carrier’s calculations. All International orders are sent from our facilities worldwide. If you have your own Shipping Carrier account and prefer to use your Carrier, then add your preferred shipping instructions in the CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS box on the SHOPPING CART (at the right-hand side of the cart order product details) before checkout in the website. Otherwise you will be directed to choose from our carrier’s standard shipping methods during checkout.

Delivery of International Orders

International orders may be subject to additional shipping time depending on various factors at the time of order receipt by PhaZZer. Delivery status of your order may be obtained from PhaZZer at any time by emailing support@phazzer.info.
