I’ve had firsthand experience with the PhaZZer® Enforcer in our Douglas County Schools Police Department for a little over a year. While we haven’t had a live deployment, we have removed the device from the holster during contacts and were still able to gain compliance — it’s dependable and easy to use. I’ve also used the TASER® X26P, and overall they’re comparable; I have no strong preference between them. PhaZZer scored 5/5 for product availability, customer support, training/documentation, delivery, and overall satisfaction. Strengths include reliable performance, very responsive and helpful customer service (they sent a demo unit to help us decide), and simple, easy-to-understand training. Suggested improvements: consider updating the holster (I understand there’s a newer model available) and use more durable decals/stickers, as some peel easily. I would recommend PhaZZer products to other agencies.
